Returns due to Big Country Supply Error will be corrected promptly and at BCS Expense. Contact BCS at 800-334-7936 if we've made a mistake.

Returns for any other reason are handled as follows:

Standard Stock Items may be returned within 10 days of receipt if returned new, in box, complete with all accessories, packing materials, and manuals.

Shipments should be properly packed in an outer container (not the product box) and insured.

Items that are not new, missing accessories, or damaged, will be assessed a restock fee and will be issued store credit rather than a refund.

Items returned after 10 days must be approved in advance and will only be issued store credit.

Shipping Charges Are Not Refundable.
